A Practical Beginning
Express Facility Management began in 2008 as a landscaping company in Texas. From the beginning, our focus was simple: understand what the customer needed, communicate clearly, and deliver reliable service.
As our customers grew, they began asking us to help with more than landscaping. Those requests led EFM into janitorial services, building maintenance, skilled trades, staffing, emergency response, restoration, and other facility needs.
